Reservations & Booking
Reservations are processed through Campspot and are subject to Campspot's terms and conditions. By using our pre-booking form, you authorize us to redirect you to the Campspot booking platform with your provided trip details pre-filled.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 2:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available — please ask at the office. Speed limit throughout the resort is 7½ mph.
Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellations follow Campspot's cancellation policy as presented during booking.
Holiday No-Refund Policy: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Columbus Day weekends carry a zero-refund policy regardless of cancellation notice. Please plan accordingly before booking holiday weekends.
Resort Rules
- Speed limit: 7½ mph throughout the resort
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Pets must be leashed at all times; current rabies certificate required
- Firewood must be purchased on-site (unless Coos County resident)
- Drones are prohibited
- Pool hours: 10:00 AM – dusk, no lifeguard on duty
- Visitor fee: $5 per person per day
- Guests are responsible for keeping their site clean
Liability
Riverside Camping & RV Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests use all facilities at their own risk. The swimming pool has no lifeguard — swim at your own risk.
