Holiday No-Refund Policy
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Columbus Day weekends have a zero-refund policy regardless of cancellation notice. Please plan accordingly.
Pets
Dogs and cats welcome. Current rabies certificate required. Please keep pets leashed and clean up after them.
Firewood
Firewood must be purchased on-site (unless you are a Coos County resident). This helps prevent the spread of invasive species.
